-There are many things that you can do to stay healthy other than to eat healthy. Yes, the amount of food and what you eat is a main part of staying healthy but there are other things that are important such as exercise, and unhealthy things that you do to your body.
-Exercise can only be a good thing for women. Not only does it help one to lose weight it can also help to lower blood glucose levels. It can also increase insulin sensitivity, or the body's ability to use insulin effeciently.
-When you exercise, your body releases endorphins which makes you happy. That right there is reason enough to work out, especially if you are in a bad mood.
-If you want to be healthier, one main thing that you should stop doing is smoking! Not only is smoking bad for your health and raises the risk for lung disease and cancer but it also is not good for one's apperance.
-Smoking leaves one smelling bad, clothes and all. It may also lead a person to appear pale and unhealthy because it restricts blood vessels. This can prevent oxygen and nutrients from getting to the skin.
